Why we exist
The gaps everyone feels and nobody owns.
Since 2022 we’ve lived inside the operational gaps that every party on a shipment feels: slow quotes that stall a decision, silent exceptions that surface too late to fix, execution fragmented across parties who each own a piece and none of the outcome.
Those gaps aren’t a technology problem or a capacity problem. They’re an ownership problem. So we built Haulivery around a single idea — that someone should be accountable for the whole file, and that they should be reachable by name.
How we operate
Three principles, applied on every load.
- Speed without sacrificing reliability. A fast number that turns out to be wrong is worse than a slow one. We quote in 1.5 minutes because the work behind the number is already done.
- Radical transparency the moment anything changes. You hear about a problem from us, within five minutes, before you have to ask — including when the problem is ours.
- Technology serves the human on the ground. Not the other way around. There’s no portal for you to learn. There’s an operator who already knows what happened.
